Mark J. Warner has concentrated his practice in the areas of divorce, other family law matters and contested probate proceedings since 1989. Listed in Naifeh & Smith’s, The Best Lawyers In America, Mr. Warner also holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible peer review rating available for legal ability and ethics. He has received repeated recognition as one of the top lawyers in Massachusetts in Boston Magazine’s Super Lawyers Edition and is one of the best lawyers in New England in the New England Super Lawyers Edition.
A native of Boston, Mr. Warner is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School. He has served on the Alumni Boards of both schools, is a past President of the Law School’s Boston Alumni Chapter and is President Elect of the law school alumni board. He is a past President of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, former member of the Boston Bar Association Council and its Executive Committee, past Co-chair of the BBA’s Family Law Section, past Chair of the BBA's Education Committee and a former member of the Guardian ad litem Standards Review Committee of the Probate and Family Court. He is also a member of the Massachusetts, American and Boston Bar Associations. Mr. Warner frequently lectures and writes for seminars and other educational programs in the areas of family law, probate litigation, and equity practice. He also regularly serves as a discovery master, special administrator and guardian ad litem in proceedings before the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. |
