Mark J. Warner concentrates his practice in divorce and other
family law cases, as well as contested probate matters. A native of Boston, he is a graduate of Boston
College and Boston College
Law School.
Listed in The Best Lawyers In America, Mr. Warner is the President
of the Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court, past
co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association, chair of
the BBA's Education Committee and a member of the Guardian ad litem
Standards Review Committee of the Probate and Family Court. He frequently
lectures and writes for seminars and other educational programs in the
areas of family law, probate litigation, and equity practice. He also
regularly serves as a discovery master, special administrator, guardian and
guardian ad litem in proceedings before the Massachusetts Probate and
Family Court.
